This next door neighbor, Chase, is a 28 year old real estate broker. His muscular physique and handsome good looks made him a natural choice to be selected as one of our next door males. We caught up with Chase at the supermarket where one of our scouts saw him thumbing through a men’s fitness magazine. She approached him and asked if he was into fitness and working out. It was obvious enough, given how he fills out his shirt with his huge pecs and arms, so it was no surprise when he launched into how he does some personal training in his spare time. Our scout handed him one of our cards, and next thing you know, he’s in our studio showing us *all* of his muscles.
